Blackstrap Molasses

Blackstrap Molasses is the result of the third boiling and extraction phase in sugar cane milling. Blackstrap Molasses has relatively little sucrose content.

| Sucrose: ≥ 34.5% |
| Reducing Sugars: ≥ 13.5% |
| Total Sugars: ≥ 50.0% |
| Ash: ≤ 11.5% |
| Total Nitrogen: ≤ 0.5% |
| P2O5: ≤ 0.2% |
| Gums: ≤ 4.0% |
| PH: ≤ 6.5 |
KHV First Molasses can be tested against International and Vietnamese Quality Standards and Methods including, but not limited to, the following:
